Below is the most popular & effective weight Loss plan according to the 36 Hour Miracle community

As always,  don't try this without checking with your doctor first!

This is more of a life plan than a diet.  It is designed with gradual and sustainable weight loss & control in mind.  It is intended to be simple, easy to follow & hassle free.  You can follow it exactly or tailor it to fit your needs.  Doing the 'normal' 36 Hour Miracle should eventually get you exactly where you want to be, but if you're looking to get there a little quicker, try this:

Step 1 - Establish your goal or ideal weight.

Step 2 -  Accomplish at least 4 consecutive weeks of the 36 Hour Miracle to acclimate and solidify your mind & body in the process.

After 4 weeks, follow this daily plan:

Sunday - Eat a healthy dinner.  Start your fast by 8pm.  Only water after 8pm.

Monday - Fast all day.  Only water, black coffee or tea.  NO sweeteners.

Tuesday - Weigh yourself first thing Tuesday morning.  

  • If you're under your goal weight...Congrats!  Break your fast between 8am - noon, eat normally all week and start over again Sunday.
  • If you're over your goal weight, do ONE of the following: 1.)  Keep your carbohydrate intake under 20 net carbs per day for Tuesday & Wednesday OR  2.)  Keep your calorie intake under 1,000 per day for Tuesday & Wednesday OR  3.)  Do another 36 hour fast starting Wednesday night.  (You can alternate between these three choices weekly or choose the one that fits your situation best.  They should all produce similar results).

Thursday to Sunday - Eat normally. Repeat weekly.

(Check your ketone levels to make sure you are achieving ketosis during your fasts.)

Tip- Weigh yourself ONCE per week on the same day and time.  Keep a chart of your weekly weight to track your progress.
